Wedding? Party? Retreat? Conference? Reserve our facilities, they are here for you! Our lovely park is nestled beneath the stunning Wellsville Mountains, and our old-fashioned buildings are flexible and inviting. For any facility rental, wagon rides, caterers, and even programming such as bands, dance callers, performers, storytellers, presenters, and more are options with which we can help you. We have three main rental facilities: Our Livery Stable has a capacity of 300. Its rough-hewn wood panels and posts look elegant when decorated. It is our most popular wedding facility, and our most popular facility in general. It is cool in the summer and warm in the winter and is very flexible with whatever decor you'd like to dress it up with, if any. The Opera House has a capacity of 200. It is elegantly decorated with Victorian decor and has rich, red walls brass fixtures, and a hardwood floor. It is likewise cool in summer and warm in winter. The Pavilion is an outdoor venue with a roof. It is next to a lovely pond, boasts a large fireplace, and has a large capacity for banquet seating and theater seating. The Pavilion currently houses our Wild West Shakespeare stage and also has a frontier town facade on the eastern and southern interior, creating walls in those areas.
