We have completed our last trek of the summer, and we want to thank all of you who came out and participated with us on some amazing experiences. We hope you had as much fun as we did.
Many shared laughs, tears, blisters, song, service, strength, dust, water, encouragement, medical aid, comradery, apples and team spirit along the trail (and more). We hope that you all walked away from your trek having had a good experience, and perhaps learned something new that made you better for being there. As staff of The American West Heritage Center, we again thank you for allowing us to be apart of your Willie Handcart Experience and hope you’ll come back and share more of those experiences with us in future years.
There were many photos taken along the way by all groups, and we would love to share in those memories here at AWHC. If you would like to share some of those photos with us, or if you have made a video of your experience, we would love to see it. Please contact Chris Schultz at firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Oh, and don’t forget to follow us on Facebook!
